What does the Morning Check do?
It evaluates your physical, mental, and emotional readiness before you trade. Ten quick questions determine if you're GREEN (go trade), YELLOW (trade with reduced size), or RED (don't trade today).
How often should I do this?
Every trading day, before your first trade. It takes about 30 seconds. Doing it consistently builds a habit of checking in with yourself before risking money.
What if I get RED?
Don't trade. RED means your readiness is too low — trading in this state historically leads to impulsive decisions and rule-breaking. Use the day to review, journal, or rest.
What if I get YELLOW?
You can trade, but reduce your position size by at least 50% and only take A-grade setups. YELLOW means you're functional but not optimal.
Can I redo the Morning Check?
Yes. If your situation changes (e.g., you ate, exercised, or your mood shifted), click 'Redo Morning Check' and answer again honestly.

Market Sentiment — Fear & Greed
Where the crowd's emotion sits today across stocks and crypto, from 0 (extreme fear) to 100 (extreme greed). Use it as a temperature check, not a signal. Extreme fear can mark overdone selling. Extreme greed can mark overheated rallies. Neither tells you to act on its own.
The top stories moving markets today. Geopolitical events, central bank moves, macro data surprises — these drive the risk-on/risk-off backdrop your setups trade into. Scan the headlines before you plan the day. If something big is breaking, expect wider ranges and slippage on stops.
Each button opens the source in a new tab. FinancialJuice is a free real-time headline squawk — the fastest of these feeds; keep it open in a tab during the session. Reuters and BBC are the most reliably neutral, paywall-free sources for macro and geopolitical coverage. Bloomberg TV runs a free live stream — good background for the open, FOMC pressers, and breaking macro. If a headline surprises the market, check across two sources before drawing conclusions.

Fed Watch — Rate Cut / Hike Probabilities
What the futures market thinks the Fed will do at the next FOMC meeting. Derived from 30-day Fed Funds futures pricing. When probabilities shift suddenly, that's the market repricing rate expectations — which usually moves equities, bonds, gold, and the dollar together. Check this before every FOMC week and after every CPI, PPI, or jobs release.
Opens the CME FedWatch tool in a new tab. Look at the probability grid for the next FOMC date. If the highest-probability outcome shifts more than 10-15% in a session, that's a real repricing — expect follow-through in rate-sensitive names (financials, homebuilders, REITs, tech).

Put/Call Ratio
CBOE options positioning. When the crowd buys more puts than calls, the ratio rises above 1.0 (fear). When calls dominate, it drops below 1.0 (greed / complacency). Extremes on either side often mark exhaustion. Use it as a positioning check, not a signal.
Data via TradingView. For CBOE's official page, visit barchart.com/stocks/quotes/$CPC. Values may differ slightly from Barchart's $CPC — both track the CBOE Total P/C but sample the same metric at different moments. Use as a directional temperature check.

US Indexes Overview
Where the major US indexes and volatility sit right now. Check the tape before every session. If SPY and QQQ are moving hard in the same direction, that's your context. If VIX is spiking, size down.
SPDR sector ETFs — where money is rotating today. Green sectors are catching a bid, red ones are getting sold. Trading with sector strength adds edge. Trading against a red sector adds risk.

Market Heatmap
S&P 500 stocks by market cap and today's move. Size = market cap. Green = up, red = down. Use the timeframe control (top bar) to switch between 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, YTD, 1 year, and more. Fast way to spot rotation and identify where volume is going.
Gamma Exposure (GEX) shows how much options market makers have to buy or sell to hedge their positions as SPX moves. High positive gamma zones act like magnets, pulling price to specific levels and suppressing volatility. High negative gamma zones amplify moves. Use it to spot the structural floors and ceilings dealer hedging creates on SPX.

Look for the biggest positive gamma walls (potential ceilings / magnets above price) and the biggest negative walls (potential floors / gap-risk zones below). The zero-gamma line is where dealer positioning flips from suppressing volatility to amplifying it.

See how any symbol has performed month-by-month over the last 10 to 20 years. Useful for context, not for trading decisions on their own. Past patterns don't predict the future — but they can flag when you're leaning against a strong seasonal tide.

Look up any stock or ETF for price, news, financials, forecasts, and charts. Uses StockAnalysis.com — a free platform covering 130,000+ global symbols. Type a ticker and go.

Today's Economic Calendar & Earnings
Check before every session. News and earnings releases create unpredictable spikes — trading into them is gambling, not trading.
ForexFactory's economic calendar is the cleanest free view of today's data releases — filter by impact (red = high, orange = medium) and country. Then check the earnings calendar for any names on your watchlist reporting today. Estimize adds crowdsourced EPS and revenue estimates — often sharper than Wall Street consensus, useful for judging whether a "beat" was a real beat. If a red-impact release or an earnings report on a name you trade lands during your session, plan around it.

What's the overall market context today?
Check the S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dow, and Russell 2000 on your chart with the 20, 50, and 200 moving averages. Pick the overall trend that matches what you see across the four indexes. Your selection is saved for today and counts as Market Context checked.

A score from 0 to 100 that measures the emotional state of the stock market. 0 to 25 = extreme fear. 25 to 45 = fear. 45 to 55 = neutral. 55 to 75 = greed. 75 to 100 = extreme greed. The score is built from seven inputs including market momentum, stock price strength, put and call options, VIX, junk bond demand, and safe haven demand. CNN publishes the original. The widget on this page tracks the same methodology.
How should I use the Fear & Greed Index in my trading?
Use it as a temperature check, not a signal. Extreme fear can mean selling is overdone and a bounce is more likely. Extreme greed can mean buyers are stretched and a pullback is more likely. Neither tells you to act on its own. Pair it with your market context read. If your read says bullish but sentiment is at extreme greed, expect more chop. If your read says bearish but sentiment is at extreme fear, expect bounce risk. The point is not to call tops or bottoms. The point is to know whether the crowd is leaning the same way you are.
What is the Put/Call Ratio?
A ratio comparing total put option volume to total call option volume. Above 1.0 means more puts than calls — the crowd is buying protection or betting on downside. Below 1.0 means more calls than puts — the crowd is chasing upside. Historically, extreme readings on either side often precede reversals because the crowd is most one-sided at exhaustion points. Above 1.2 is often considered elevated fear. Below 0.7 is often considered elevated complacency. Use it alongside Fear & Greed to confirm sentiment signals.
How should I use the Daily Headlines section?
Spend two minutes scanning the headlines before you plan your first trade. You're looking for three things: (1) breaking geopolitical events (war, major diplomatic moves, sanctions) that widen risk premiums; (2) central bank comments or rate expectations shifts; (3) big macro data surprises overnight (China GDP, EU inflation, US jobless claims). If nothing major is breaking, expect a normal-range day. If two or more of these are hitting, expect wider ranges, more slippage, and cut position size. Cross-check between at least two sources — a single outlet's angle can mislead. Reuters and BBC are the most neutral, paywall-free options.
What is Fed Watch and how do I use it?
The CME FedWatch tool shows the market-implied probability of each possible Fed decision at the next FOMC meeting — hold, hike 25bp, cut 25bp, cut 50bp, etc. It's derived from 30-day Fed Funds futures pricing, which is the cleanest real-time read on what traders actually expect. Use it two ways: (1) know the current expectation before FOMC week so you're not surprised on the day; (2) watch for shifts. If the highest-probability outcome moves more than 10-15% in a single session (usually after CPI, PPI, jobs, or a Fed speaker), that's the market repricing rates — expect a coordinated move in equities, bonds, gold, and the dollar. Rate-sensitive sectors (financials, homebuilders, REITs, growth tech) move most.
How should I use the US Indexes overview?
A pre-session snapshot. If SPY, QQQ, and DIA are all trending in the same direction on the day chart, that's a strong tape. If they're diverging (say, SPY up but IWM down), the market is fragmented. If VIX is rising, expect wider ranges and cut position size. Small caps (IWM) usually lead risk-on and lag in risk-off — watch them for early signs of a shift. Watch DXY when trading FX or commodities. Watch the 2Y and 10Y yields when trading rate-sensitive names. The chart doesn't tell you what to trade, but it tells you what conditions you're trading in.
How should I use the Crypto Fear & Greed Index?
Same temperature-check logic as the stock market Fear & Greed Index, but built from crypto-specific inputs (BTC volatility, momentum, dominance, social volume, surveys). Extreme fear in crypto is often a bounce zone. Extreme greed often precedes deep pullbacks because crypto moves faster and further in both directions. When both indexes are extreme in the same direction, the whole risk-on/risk-off macro is stretched — trade smaller until it resets.
How should I use Sector Strength?
Sector performance shows where money is rotating. Trading with a green sector adds edge. Trading against a red sector adds risk. If Tech (XLK) is green while Utilities (XLU) are red, that's risk-on rotation — favor growth names. If Utilities and Staples are green while Tech is red, that's risk-off rotation — cut long tech, look for shorts. Don't trade a symbol whose sector is bleeding just because you like the setup. The sector matters more than the setup on most days.
How should I use the Market Heatmap?
Use the timeframe control at the top to see today, this week, this month, YTD, or 1 year performance across the S&P 500. Big green squares grouped in one sector = money flowing in. Big red squares grouped in one sector = money flowing out. Use it to confirm the sector-strength read and spot outlier movers. If a specific symbol you're watching is deep red while its sector is green, that's a real weakness — ask why before you buy the dip.
What is SPX Gamma Exposure and how should I use it?
Gamma Exposure (GEX) measures how much SPX options market makers have to buy or sell to stay delta-neutral as SPX moves. When dealers are net positive gamma, they buy dips and sell rips — this suppresses volatility and creates "magnet" levels around big strikes. When dealers are net negative gamma, they sell dips and buy rips — this amplifies volatility. Use GEX to spot the structural floors and ceilings dealer hedging creates. Big positive gamma walls above price often act as resistance. Big negative walls below price can act as gap-risk zones. The zero-gamma line is where the regime flips from volatility-suppressing to volatility-amplifying. Data is on Barchart's SPX gamma exposure page.
How should I use seasonality?
As context, not as a signal. Seasonality shows how a symbol has averaged in each month over 10 to 20 years. Some symbols and sectors show strong recurring patterns — retail stocks in Q4, energy in summer, tech in earnings months. But averages hide big single-year swings, and past patterns don't guarantee future ones. Use it to spot when your trade idea is running with the seasonal tide or against it. Trading against a strong seasonal tide isn't wrong, but it's a good reason to size smaller and demand a cleaner setup.
What if the widget data on this page doesn't match the source site?
Widget data is cached and can lag the source by a few minutes to a few hours. If you need exact real-time values, click the source link below each widget to see the live version on the original site. For pre-trade context checks, the widget data is close enough.
Why do I need to check Market Context every session?
News and earnings releases create unpredictable price spikes. Trading into them is gambling, not trading. The embedded calendar shows today's high-impact events so you can avoid them. Trade90X principle: we don't trade into news or earnings.
How do I identify the market context?
Pull up the four major US indices — S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dow, and Russell 2000 — and overlay the 20, 50, and 200-period moving averages on each. Bullish = price is above all three MAs. Bearish = price is below all three. Ranging = the moving averages are flat or overlapping with no clear separation. Then pick the overall read across the four. If the four don't agree, the market is in transition — trade smaller or wait for clarity.
Can I change my market context selection during the day?
Yes. Click a different option any time and your selection updates. Markets shift intraday — if conditions change, update your read rather than locking yourself into a wrong call.
The widget shows economic data — does it cover earnings too?
The TradingView widget covers economic events. For earnings (specific company releases), use the dedicated Earnings Calendar link in the free sites section — Investing.com's earnings calendar is free and reliable. Always check both before trading individual stocks.

What if I didn't trade today?
Still complete them. "Not trading" is a decision worth tracking. Did you skip because conditions weren't there (good) or because you were avoiding the market (worth examining)?
How long does the full post-session routine take?
5 to 10 minutes total. Rule Tracker is a single check-in. Emotion Tracker takes 30 seconds. Debrief is the longest at a few minutes. Done daily, this routine compounds into the difference between traders who improve and traders who stay stuck.

Why do we need to journal?
Data you can't see, you can't fix. Your journal is the raw material the AI Coach uses to find your execution leaks, calculate your cost of bad habits, and show you exactly where money is going. If you do not journal, you're throwing money away.
What information do I need to journal per trade?
Log every trade with: Date, Instrument, Direction (long/short), Entry, Stop Loss, Target, Exit, Time of trade, Position Size, P&L, Setup Grade (A–D), Outcome, Context Match (whether the trade was in sync with the market context), Day Event (Normal, FOMC, CPI, PPI, NFP, Earnings, or Other High-Impact), Emotion During Trade, whether you Followed Your Risk Plan, whether you Used the Risk Analyzer, your Reason for Entry, Notes/Lessons, and any Charts (screenshots of your entry, exit, and key levels). Each field feeds the AI Coach so it can find leaks you can't see — like "your counter-trend trades cost you $X this month" or "your FOMO trades grade C 80% of the time." Skip fields and the Coach has less data to work with.
What do the trade grades (A/B/C/D) mean?
Grades reflect setup quality and rule compliance, not outcome. A = perfect setup, followed all rules. B = good setup, minor deviation. C = marginal setup. D = impulsive, broke rules. A losing A-grade trade is better than a winning D-grade trade.
What should I put in the Reason field?
Your setup rationale — why you took the trade. Examples: 'Break of structure at key level,' 'Pullback to demand zone.' This helps the AI Coach identify which setups make you money.
How is P&L calculated?
Enter the dollar amount you made or lost on the trade. Positive for wins, negative for losses. This is used for dollar-denominated insights in your coaching analysis.
How many trades should I log before I get useful insights?
The AI Coach can start finding patterns with 5-10 trades, but 20-30 trades gives much more reliable data. The more you log, the more accurate your leak analysis becomes.
How should I do my weekly review?
Do a deep dive of the week. Look at your entries, stops, targets, setups, day of the week, and time of day. What you did well, what you need work on. Be honest. The week is the right zoom level for spotting small leaks before they compound into big ones.
How should I do my monthly review?
Do a deep dive on all trades from the month. Study your profit and loss and your profit factor — for every dollar you risked, how much did you make? What you earn per dollar invested matters more than your win rate. A trader with a 40% win rate and a profit factor of 2.0 makes more money than a trader with a 70% win rate and a profit factor of 1.1.
Can I attach charts to my trades?
Yes. Each trade can have up to 5 chart screenshots attached. When logging a trade, scroll to the "Charts (optional)" section, then drag-drop or click to browse. PNG, JPG, WebP, and GIF are accepted, up to 5 MB each. Images are compressed to WebP automatically before upload so they don't eat your storage. Once saved, charts attach to that trade and can be reviewed anytime by expanding the trade row.
How do I view charts I've already uploaded?
Two ways. Per trade: click any trade row in the list to expand it — attached charts appear at the bottom of the detail panel. Click a thumbnail to open it full-size, with arrow keys to navigate between charts on the same trade. Across all trades: open the "Chart Archive" section below the trade list. Filter by symbol, day event (FOMC, CPI, PPI, NFP, Earnings, etc.), or date range to find charts across your entire history.
What's the Day Event field for?
It tags each trade by the type of trading day — Normal, FOMC, CPI, PPI, NFP (jobs), Earnings, or Other High-Impact. Set it when you log the trade so you can filter your Chart Archive later and ask the AI Coach things like "show me my FOMC-day trades" or "what's my pattern on CPI release days." High-impact event days behave differently than normal sessions — tagging them is how you see the pattern.
Can the AI Coach see my charts?
Yes. In the AI Coach chat, click the paperclip icon next to the message box. A picker opens showing all your uploaded charts — filter by symbol or day event, then select up to 3 charts to attach to your next message. The Coach receives the chart along with the trade's full context (date, day event, P&L, grade, your reason, your notes) and analyzes it against your behavioral patterns. Use this to ask things like "Did I get the entry right on this CPI day trade?" or "Walk through where this trade broke down."
What happens to my charts if I delete a trade?
Deleting a trade removes the trade record from your journal, but the chart files remain in storage. If you want them gone too, delete them in the Chart Archive or contact support. We're conservative about destructive actions — better to keep a chart you wanted to delete than to lose one you didn't.
Post-Session Debrief
End-of-day reflection. Captures what your trade journal can't: how the day matched your plan, where you drifted, and what you'd change. Read by your AI Coach on every session.

What happens after I save?
Your AI Coach reads it on every coaching session. When you click 'Post-session debrief' in AI Coach, it analyzes your saved answers alongside your trades and gives you specific feedback on where your day matched your plan and where it broke down.
Can I edit my debrief later?
Yes — until midnight of the same trading day. After that, the day's debrief is locked so you have an honest record. Old debriefs become reference material for your AI Coach to spot patterns over weeks and months.
What if I didn't trade today?
Skip it. Post-Session Debrief is for trading days only. Sitting on hands when conditions weren't right IS operator discipline, but it doesn't need a debrief.

When should I log an emotion?

What emotions should I watch for?

What is the Risk Analyzer?
The Risk Analyzer will tell you the dollar ($) amount you can risk per trade. It will also help you with your position sizing. Knowing your numbers is as close to the holy grail. Enter your account size, risk percentage, and trade parameters — it tells you exactly how many contracts or shares to trade. No guessing, no feel-based sizing.
What does Account Risk % mean?
The percentage of your total account you're willing to lose on a single trade. Most professional traders risk 0.5-2% per trade. Higher than 2% and a losing streak can destroy your account.
What are the Aggressive/Moderate/Conservative splits?
Three position size options based on different risk levels. Conservative uses the smallest size (lowest risk), Aggressive uses the largest. Pick based on your confidence in the setup and your current emotional state.
How do I use Stop Loss (Ticks)?
Enter the distance from your entry to your stop loss, shares in ticks or pips. This determines how much you'd lose per contract if stopped out, which drives the position size calculation.
Should I always use this before trading?
Yes. Every trade should have a pre-calculated position size based on your risk parameters. Feel-based sizing is one of the most common execution leaks — your winners are small and your losers are big.
What is the Compound Growth tab for?
A planning tool. It shows what a starting balance plus monthly contributions can grow into over time at a given annual return. Use it to set realistic account goals, decide how much to contribute each month, and stress-test the math on your trading plan. It is not a forecast — real returns swing year to year.
What annual return should I use in Compound Growth?
Start with realistic reference points. 8% is the S&P 500 long-term average — what a passive investor earns. 15% is a consistently profitable retail trader. 25% is a strong active trader that few sustain year after year. Above 50% is exceptional and usually not repeatable. Model conservative and stretch scenarios both — the truth is somewhere between.
Why does the projection assume monthly compounding?
Monthly compounding matches how most trading accounts actually grow — you take profits, reinvest, add capital, close the month. Daily or annual compounding are also valid formulas but monthly is the closest match for a trader's real workflow.

What is the Rule Tracker?
It tracks one behavioral rule at a time. You pick your biggest execution leak, write it as a rule, and check in daily on whether you followed it. The goal is 85% compliance for 2 consecutive weeks before moving to the next rule.
Why only one rule at a time?
Trying to fix everything at once fixes nothing. One constraint at a time, measured and enforced, creates lasting behavior change. This is the Rule Priority Framework — fix the biggest leak first.
What's a good rule to start with?
Start with whatever costs you the most money. If you move your stops, your rule is 'I will not move my stop further from entry.' If you revenge trade, it's 'I will wait 30 minutes after a loss before trading again.'
What counts as 'following' vs 'breaking' a rule?
Be honest. If the rule is 'No trading after 3 losses' and you took a 4th trade, that's a break — even if the 4th trade was a winner. Process over outcome.
What happens to my streak if I break the rule?
The streak resets to zero. That's the point — it makes rule-breaking visible and costly. Your best streak is tracked so you can see your progress over time.

What does the Weekly Scorecard measure?
It calculates a discipline score (0-100) based on your trades, emotions, rule compliance, and morning checks from the past 7 days. It measures your process, not your P&L.
How is the discipline score calculated?
It combines your win rate, trade grade distribution (more A-grades = higher score), emotional state ratio (positive vs negative), and rule streak length. Each factor is weighted to reflect operator-level discipline.
What's a good discipline score?
75+ is Operator Level. 55-74 is Developing. 35-54 is Leaking Edge. Below 35 is Gambling Exposure. Focus on getting your score above 75 consistently before worrying about P&L optimization.
Why does it say 'Based on X trades'?
The scorecard only analyzes trades from the current week. If you've logged 2 trades, it's based on 2 trades. More trades give a more accurate picture.
How often should I check this?
Once a week, ideally at the end of your last trading day. Use it as your weekly review — compare this week to last week and identify the trend.

You retake the full audit and compare your score to Week 1. Then you set your next 90-day goals. The roadmap is designed to be repeated — each cycle refines your operation further.

Why do I need to fill out a trade plan?
Your trade plan is a contract you sign with yourself. The AI Coach reads it every time it answers — so coaching is grounded in YOUR rules, not generic advice. The Rule Tracker checks compliance against it. Without a plan, the OS can only spot leaks. With one, it can tell you exactly which rule you broke and what it cost you.
Why are the risk percentages capped?
Because the math says higher numbers don't survive. A 3% daily stop with a 50% win rate puts you four losing trades away from a serious drawdown — the kind that ends accounts. Risk per trade above 1%, daily stop above 2.5%, or total session risk above 3% is gambling math, not trading math. Trade90X is built on honest numbers, so we don't offer options that we know cost traders money.
What if I don't have a statistical edge yet?
Answer NO. The OS will mark this and continue to remind you until you've backtested. Trade90X fixes behavioral leaks, but no amount of discipline beats a strategy that doesn't make money on average. Backtest at least 100 trades. Track sample size, win rate, and average R. Then update your plan.
What goes in the A-setup criteria?
Three bullets describing what must be true for a setup to earn your full position size. Specific. Testable. Example — "Higher timeframe trend aligned. Pullback to key level with confirmation. Volume shows institutional interest." If you can't write three bullets, you don't have a defined edge. That's useful information.
How does the Exit Plan work with risk-to-reward ratios?
Your risk is the distance from entry to stop. "2:1" means your target is twice that distance — you risk $1 to make $2. If your stop sits $100 below entry, a 2:1 target sits $200 above entry. Stating exits as ratios means the numbers work the same way on any account size and any instrument. The Journal logs trades by R-multiple outcome (1R, 2R, etc.), which is the only honest scorecard.
Can I update my trade plan later?
Yes, anytime. As your strategy evolves, your plan should evolve. Click "Edit" at the top of the saved plan. The AI Coach picks up the changes immediately on its next response.

How does it know my trading data?
It reads your trade journal, emotion logs, morning checks, rule streak, and roadmap progress from the Trader OS. This lets it give dollar-denominated insights like 'Your D-grade trades cost you $2,100 this month.'
Is my conversation private?
Yes. Your coaching conversations are stored in your account and only accessible by you. They're used to provide continuity between sessions — the coach remembers what you've discussed.

What counts as a "habit"?
We analyze: time of day you trade, day of week, your emotional state going in, whether you ran your Morning Check, whether you completed your Post-Session Debrief, the setup type you used, and how compliant you were with your Trade Plan rules. Each habit is correlated with your actual P&L.
Why do I need 20 trades minimum?
Below 20 trades, random luck dominates the data and you'd see "patterns" that aren't real. At 20+, real behavioral patterns start to emerge. At 50+, you can be confident in the signal. We show partial confidence indicators on each habit.
How is this different from the AI Coach?
The AI Coach answers questions you ask. Habit Performance proactively shows you the patterns without asking. It's the diagnostic view; the AI Coach is the conversation. Together, they give you both the data and the dialogue.
Should I just stop doing the habits that lose money?
Often yes — but read the AI analysis first. Sometimes a "losing habit" is actually a signal of WHEN you trade poorly (e.g. on Mondays, or when emotional). The fix isn't always "stop this habit" — it's "fix the underlying state."

When do I get my report?
Reports are anniversary-based: 30 days after your Trader OS signup, then every 30 days after. You'll get an email when a new report is ready, and you can view it here anytime.
Can I regenerate the report?
Yes. Click the refresh button on the report. The AI will re-analyze your last 30 days with current data. Useful if you logged trades after the original report was generated.
How is this different from Habit Performance?
Habit Performance shows you patterns across all your trades. Monthly Report focuses on the last 30 days specifically and compares to the previous 30 — so you can see whether you're improving over time.
What's a "Priority for Next Month"?
The AI picks the ONE behavior most likely to improve your P&L next month, based on what cost you the most this month. Track compliance daily in Rule Tracker to actually lock the fix in.

How does the AI Coach work?
The AI Coach analyzes your trading journal, emotion logs, and behavioral data to find execution leaks — in dollar terms. It does not give trading signals, market predictions, or strategy advice. It shows you where your own money is going and what to change.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to Settings (sidebar → Account → Settings) and scroll to "Compare Plans." Click the plan you want. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete payment. Your access updates immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → "Open Billing Portal." From there you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What do the trade grades (A/B/C/D) mean?
Grades reflect setup quality, not outcome. A = perfect setup, followed all rules. B = good setup, minor deviation. C = marginal setup, questionable entry. D = impulsive, no plan, broke rules. A losing A-grade trade is better than a winning D-grade trade — because discipline compounds.
What is the Rule Tracker?
The Rule Tracker helps you fix one behavioral constraint at a time. Pick your biggest leak (e.g., "I will not move my stop"), track daily compliance, and hit 85% for 2 consecutive weeks before moving to the next rule. Trying to fix everything at once fixes nothing.
How often should I use the Morning Check?
Every day before your first trade. It takes 30 seconds. If you get RED, don't trade. If YELLOW, reduce your size. The Morning Check is your readiness gate — it prevents you from trading when conditions (sleep, stress, focus) aren't right.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your trading data is stored securely and only accessible by you. We never share, sell, or access your individual trade data. The AI Coach runs analysis on your data only when you ask it to.
